13th, 14th, and 15th Recycling for Sinking Fund

As if it just started yesterday, with a glimpse, we are on our 15th session.

The collections received from the 13th session onwards, was NOT GOOD. The picture below is our 15th session.

We hope the response will improve in the sessions to come as our coffer require these funds for events such as, Damaged Boom Pole, Fallen Tree Damage Security Gate, and Repairing Fence Near River.

Recycling for Sinking Fund is held on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Details will be announced on this blog and also via banners like the one shown below hanged all around our area.

The idea for recycling old newspaper to contribute towards our sinking fund was brought up during the 4th of July 2009 gathering. It was as part of the initiative to raise Funds for our community programs.
